fee, custodian fee※, brokerage commission※ and so on. Investment Management/Advisory
fee depends on amount and asset class. It cost up to 2.1% to asset under
management. Some products cost 21% to excess return additionally as performance
fees. There are not any guarantees of the principal for agreements because
products have certain risk (see below).
We are afraid that we are not able to show custodian fee and brokerage commission in advance. Custodian fee shall vary custodian involved, amount of principals, asset class and products details. Fund pays brokerage commission on each trade in general.
Volatility risk:
Equities market value may increase or decrease when domestic or international economies and political situation are changed. Your principal may suffer serious damage from unexpected fluctuation of stock price or liquidity.
Bonds and debentures market value may increase or decrease because of interest rate fluctuation. In general, bonds and debentures price will decrease when interest rate rises. Band of fluctuation depends on each bond or debenture in consideration of current maturity and condition of issuance.
Liquidity risk:
You may suffer accidental loss from selling lower than expected value because
of market or transaction situation.
Credit risk:
You may suffer serious damage if the company you have invested in faces
to direct or indirect crisis.
Currency risk:
You may suffer damages because of exchange fluctuations, if you invest
Japanese asset from overseas.
